Added a product to my cart but nothing happened.

If you are experiencing a strange behavior where you fill out the required information for registration and clicked “Add to cart” and nothing happened, please make sure you either change to a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox (we’ve been notified of this problem when using Opera browser) or please have your cache cleaned and try to register again.

I finished registration but didn't get a confirmation email.

If you don’t see a confirmation email in your Inbox within 10 minutes after checking out, please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folder as your computer may have mistakenly filed it there.
If it IS in your “Junk” o “Spam” folder, please make sure to mark it as “Not Junk” or “Not Spam”, so that your email program knows to file SoIBio IC&W2016’s messages into your Inbox.
